Last updated: 14.04.2026
Welcome to sneg.ai ("Company", "we", "us", "our")! Since you have just clicked on our Terms of Use, please take a moment, grab a cup of coffee and carefully read the following pages. This will take approximately 20 minutes.
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of our website at https://sneg.ai, operated by SNEG.
Our Privacy Policy also governs your use of our Service and explains how we collect, protect and share information resulting from your use of our website. You can find it here: https://sneg.ai/privacy-policy.
Your agreement with us includes these Terms and our Privacy Policy ("Agreements"). You acknowledge that you have read and understood the Agreements and agree to be bound by them.
If you do not agree to (or cannot comply with) the Agreements, you may not use the Service. However, please let us know by sending an email to [email protected], so we can try to find a solution. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and other persons who wish to access or use the Service.
1. Eligibility
To use SNEG, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old, or have legal capacity under applicable law.
- Have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organization.
2. Communications
By creating an account for our Service, you agree to receive newsletters, marketing or promotional materials, and other information from us. However, you may opt out of receiving some or all of these communications at any time by following the unsubscribe link or by sending us an email.
3. Billing and Payments
3.1 Payment Methods
Subscription payments for plans and add-on options are to be made by credit or debit card (Visa, Discover Card, Mastercard, American Express). The customer's card number and expiry date are entered on an encrypted server that ensures the security and confidentiality of the data.
SNEG shall not be held liable in the event of fraudulent use of the payment method used.
Upon receipt of the subscription and/or option order, a debit request will be sent to the payment institution. The subscription and/or options are considered completed once the debit authorisation has been granted by the payment institution.
Electron, Maestro, e-CB and prepaid CB cards are not accepted.
3.2 Invoicing
The customer will be billed as follows:
- Every month on the anniversary of the subscription in the case of a monthly subscription;
- Once a year on the anniversary of the subscription in the case of an annual subscription.
Invoices are issued in the customer's name and are accessible exclusively through the application. Customers may view and download their invoices at any time by navigating to the "Billing" tab in the "Settings" menu. Please note that we do not send invoices or billing-related communications by email or any other external communication method. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to review their invoices and billing details within the application.
3.3 Payment
For payments by debit or credit card, the customer will be automatically charged the pre-defined amount each month until they cancel the subscription and/or options in accordance with the conditions set out in these Terms of Use.
3.4 Non-Payment / Late Payment
If a card transaction is declined by the bank or another payment method is refused, the subscription and/or options will not be completed, and the customer is responsible for contacting SNEG customer support to settle the subscription and/or options using an alternative payment method.
Furthermore, SNEG reserves the right, where applicable, to suspend or cancel the subscription and/or options without being held liable. Where applicable, payments due by the anniversary of the subscription and/or options shall become immediately payable.
4. Contests, Sweepstakes and Promotions
Any contests, sweepstakes or other promotions (collectively, "Promotions") made available through the Service may be governed by separate rules from these Terms of Use. If you participate in a Promotion, please review the applicable rules as well as our Privacy Policy. If the rules of a Promotion conflict with these Terms of Use, the rules of the Promotion shall prevail.
5. Subscriptions
The fees for using the Services are displayed in the applicable currency (including taxes, where applicable).
Access to SNEG services is provided on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance at regular intervals ("Billing Cycle"). Billing Cycles are set either monthly or annually, depending on the plan you select when subscribing.
At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the same conditions unless you cancel it or SNEG cancels it. You may cancel the renewal of your Subscription either through your online account management page or by contacting SNEG customer support.
A valid payment method, including a credit card, is required to process payments for your Subscription. You are required to provide SNEG with accurate and complete billing information, including full name, address, state/province, postal code, and a valid payment method.
By submitting this payment information, you automatically authorise SNEG to charge all subscription fees incurred through your account using these payment methods.
If automatic billing fails for any reason, SNEG will issue an electronic invoice requesting that you manually make full payment for the billing period indicated on the invoice within a specified timeframe.
5.1 Free Trial
SNEG may, at its sole discretion, offer a Subscription with a free trial period for a limited time ("Free Trial"). You may be required to enter your payment information to sign up for the Free Trial.
If you enter your payment information when signing up for the Free Trial, SNEG will not charge you until the trial period has expired. On the last day of the trial period, unless you have cancelled your Subscription, you will automatically be charged the applicable subscription fees for the type of Subscription you selected.
SNEG reserves the right at any time and without prior notice to (i) modify the terms of the Free Trial or (ii) terminate the Free Trial.
5.2 Fee Changes
SNEG may, at its sole discretion and at any time, change the subscription fees for Subscriptions. Any change in subscription fees will take effect at the end of the current Billing Cycle.
SNEG will notify you of any change in subscription fees in due time in advance, giving you the opportunity to cancel your Subscription before the change takes effect.
Your continued use of the Service after the fee change takes effect constitutes your agreement to pay the amended subscription amount.
5.3 Refunds
As SNEG and the customer act as business entities under these Terms of Use, the customer acknowledges and accepts that they are not entitled to a right of withdrawal.
However, SNEG reserves the right to grant refunds to customers in exceptional cases, provided the customer has requested the cancellation of their subscription in writing to SNEG customer support at: [email protected], and SNEG has received this request:
- Within seven (7) days of the subscription date for a monthly subscription.
- Within thirty (30) days of the subscription date for an annual subscription.
Cancellation requests for subscription renewals are also accepted under the same conditions:
- Within seven (7) days of the anniversary of the subscription renewal for a monthly subscription;
- Within thirty (30) days of the anniversary of the subscription renewal for an annual subscription.
Cancellation requests that meet the above conditions will result in a full refund of the customer's subscription.
If the above conditions are not met, SNEG will consider cancellation requests, but no refund will be granted to the customer.
The customer may submit a cancellation request for their option(s) in writing to SNEG customer support at: [email protected].
The option(s) will end on the anniversary of the subscription for the relevant option. However, the customer acknowledges and accepts that no refund will be granted for the cancellation of option(s).
