Account Safety Rules (Account Safety)

These Account Safety Rules (hereinafter — the Rules) define measures and recommendations for ensuring the security of the User’s account in the SNEG service available on the website https://sneg.ai.

By using the Website and the SNEG Service, the User confirms that they have reviewed these Rules and undertake to comply with them.

1. General Provisions

1. The User’s account is intended for personal access to the functionality of the SNEG Service.
2. The security of the account directly depends on the User’s actions and their compliance with these Rules.
3. The Operator takes reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect accounts; however, the User is also obliged to independently ensure their security.

2. Account Data

1. The account includes:
   • login (email or other identifier);
   • password;
   • other data used for authentication and authorization.
2. The User bears full responsibility for the security and confidentiality of their account data.
3. Transfer of login credentials, password, or access to the account to third parties is prohibited.

3. Password Requirements

1. The User must use a strong password that includes:
   • at least 8 characters;
   • uppercase and lowercase letters;
   • numbers and/or special characters.
2. The User must not use the same password on other websites and services.
3. It is recommended to change the password regularly and to change it immediately if there is any suspicion of compromise.

4. Actions in Case of Suspected Breach

1. The User must immediately:
   • change the password;
   • check the account settings;
   • contact support at [email protected] if there are suspicions of unauthorized access.
2. The Operator has the right to temporarily restrict access to the account pending clarification of the circumstances for security purposes.

5. User Responsibility

1. All actions performed using the User’s account shall be deemed performed by the User.
2. The User is responsible for:
   • the security of their account credentials;
   • the consequences of granting access to third parties;
   • actions performed through their account.

6. Security Measures by the Operator

1. The Operator applies the following protective measures:
   • use of secure data transmission protocols (HTTPS);
   • password encryption;
   • restricted access to data;
   • monitoring of suspicious activity.
2. The Operator has the right to implement additional security measures without prior notice to the User.

7. Limitation of the Operator’s Liability

1. The Operator shall not be liable for damage caused to the User as a result of:
   • loss of access to the account due to the User’s fault;
   • use of the Service by third parties in case of compromised credentials;
   • malicious software on the User’s device.
2. The Operator does not guarantee absolute account protection but takes all reasonable measures to minimize risks.

9. Amendments to the Rules

1. The Operator has the right to amend these Rules unilaterally.
