Consent to Receive Informational and Promotional Communications

Hereby, acting freely, of my own will and in my own interest, I confirm my consent to Individual Entrepreneur Dmitry Yuryevich Antipov (OGRNIP 316623400085452, INN 622905375016), hereinafter referred to as the Operator, to receive informational and promotional messages from the Operator.

1. General Provisions

1. The consent is given in accordance with Federal Law of the Russian Federation No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” and Federal Law of the Russian Federation No. 38-FZ “On Advertising”.
2. The consent shall be deemed granted from the moment of:
   • the User placing the corresponding mark (checkbox) on the Website https://sneg.ai;
   • registration in the SNEG Service;
   • completion and submission of feedback or subscription forms.

2. Personal Data

1. Within the framework of this Consent, the Operator has the right to process the following personal data:
   • first name, last name, nickname (if provided);
   • email address;
   • phone number;
   • other data provided by the User for receiving mailings.
2. Personal data processing is carried out using automation tools and without the use of such tools.

3. Purposes of Mailings

1. Sending to the User:
   • notifications about the operation of the SNEG Service;
   • information about updates, new features, and capabilities;
   • news and informational materials;
   • promotional offers, campaigns, and special conditions.

4. Methods of Receiving Messages

1. Mailings may be carried out by the following means:
   • via email;
   • via SMS;
   • through messengers (if the User provides the relevant contact details);
   • push notifications (if applicable).

5. Transfer of Personal Data

1. For the purpose of sending mailings, the Operator has the right to engage third parties (mailing services) acting on behalf of the Operator and on the basis of agreements ensuring the confidentiality and security of personal data.
2. The transfer of personal data is carried out to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes of the mailings.

6. Term of Consent

1. This Consent is valid indefinitely until withdrawn by the User.
2. The User has the right to withdraw the Consent at any time:
   • by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link in a received message;
   • or by sending a notification to the email address [email protected].
3. Withdrawal of Consent does not affect the lawfulness of personal data processing carried out prior to its withdrawal.

7. Refusal of Mailings

1. The Operator shall cease sending mailings within a reasonable period after receiving the withdrawal of Consent.
2. After withdrawal of Consent, the User’s personal data used exclusively for mailings shall be deleted or anonymized, unless otherwise provided by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
