User Agreement

This User Agreement (hereinafter — the Agreement) governs the relationship between the Operator and the User arising from the use of the website and the SNEG service available at https://sneg.ai.
Before using the Website and the Service, the User must review this Agreement. Use of the Website constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of the Agreement.
1. Terms and Definitions
Operator — Individual Entrepreneur Dmitry Yuryevich Antipov, OGRNIP 316623400085452, INN 622905375016.
Website — the website located at https://sneg.ai, including its subdomains.
SNEG Service — the software product and functionality provided to the User through the Website.
User — a legally capable individual using the Website and/or the Service.
Account — a set of User data used for identification and access to the Service.
2. General Provisions
- This Agreement constitutes a public offer in accordance with Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
- Registration on the Website and/or use of the Service constitutes acceptance of this offer.
- The Agreement remains in effect indefinitely until terminated.

- To use the full functionality of the Service, the User must create an account.
- The User undertakes to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
- The User bears full responsibility for the security of their account data, including login and password.
- All actions performed using the User’s account shall be deemed performed by the User.
4. Rights and Obligations of the User
4.1. The User has the right to:
- use the Service in accordance with its intended functionality;
- gain access to information and features of the Service;
- contact the Operator’s support service.
4.2. The User undertakes to:
- comply with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation;
- not use the Service for unlawful purposes;
- not violate the rights of third parties;
- not take actions aimed at disrupting the operation of the Website or the Service;
- not attempt to gain unauthorized access to data or systems.
5. Rights and Obligations of the Operator
5.1. The Operator has the right to:
- modify the functionality of the Service;
- temporarily restrict access to the Service for maintenance purposes;
- suspend or terminate the User’s access in case of violation of the Agreement.
5.2. The Operator undertakes to:
- ensure the operability of the Service, except during maintenance periods;
- take reasonable measures to protect the User’s personal data;
- review User inquiries.
6. Intellectual Property
- All elements of the Website and the Service, including software code, interface, design, and texts, are objects of the Operator’s intellectual property.
- The User is granted a limited non-exclusive right to use the Service solely for personal or professional purposes предусмотренных its functionality.
- Copying, distribution, modification, or other use of the Service materials without the Operator’s consent is prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
- The Service is provided on an “as is” basis.
- The Operator does not guarantee that the Service will meet the User’s expectations or operate without interruptions.
- The Operator shall not be liable for:
- losses arising from the use or inability to use the Service;
- actions of third parties;
- data loss for reasons beyond the Operator’s control.
8. Paid Services (if applicable)
- Certain features of the Service may be provided on a paid basis.
- Payment terms, pricing, and refund procedures are published on the Website or in the Service Terms of Use.
9. Personal Data
Processing of the User’s personal data is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
10. Amendments to the Agreement
- The Operator has the right to amend this Agreement at any time.
- The current version of the Agreement is always available at: https://sneg.ai/user-agreement.html.
- Continued use of the Website and the Service constitutes the User’s consent to the new version.
11. Dispute Resolution
- All disputes and disagreements shall be resolved through negotiations.
- If a dispute cannot be resolved, it shall be submitted to the court at the Operator’s place of registration in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
12. Final Provisions
- This Agreement enters into force from the moment it is accepted by the User.
- The invalidity of one provision shall not entail the invalidity of the Agreement as a whole.
